Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 30 days before the date of arrival do not involve any penalty.

Cancellations made up to 15 days before the date of arrival involve a penalty equal to 50% of the agreed price.

Failure to arrive or cancellations made within 14 days before the expected date of arrival will result in a penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay.

Any deposit, already paid, constitutes partial or total payment of this penalty.
